Organization
In 2015, Foundation BlueCap Hydro acquired two prototypes of the Hydro Generator and the intellectual property rights from CCM Center for Concepts in Mechatronics B.V. (currently integrated in Sioux Technologies B.V.). The collaboration between BlueCap Hydro B.V. and Sioux Technologies B.V. is anchored in a cooperation agreement, confirming Sioux Technologies as the development and manufacturing partner. In 2019, the joint venture BlueCap Bustos B.V.
was founded by BlueCap Hydro B.V. and HTSM Venture Fund B.V., with the aim to co-initiate and develop micro hydropower projects focused in the Philippines. BlueCap Hydro is a collaborative organization and has assembled a unique mix of talented professionals from each of the essential disciplines necessary to successfully develop micro hydropower projects, and to sell BlueCap Hydro generators to hydropower project development owners and operators.
Sustainability
We are not a pure clean technology player. In our projects, we align the BlueCap Hydro Technology with sustainable economic
activities, whilst adapting to the effects of climate change. We contribute to a number of UN Development Goals and always work together with local communities.

BlueCap Community Platform
BlueCap Hydro will initiate, sponsor, and manage a virtual/digital marketplace for
(international) student exchanges, research projects, internships, voluntary and paid jobs,and participation
in projects. Among other things, the aim is to create awareness for the effects of climate change and promote entrepreneurship.

INVESTORS
BlueCap Hydro is a catalyst and accelerator for the development of micro hydropower projects aligned with the improvement of water and irrigation management and of agricultural production. In QI 2022, BlueCap Hydro will announce a Series A investment round for
the financing of the intensifying and the growth of the organisation. Also in QI 2022, BlueCap Hydro will emit 200 B shares to the members of the BlueCap Hydro Community.
